FUNDAMENTAL GYMNASTICS
* Fundamental classes are for ages 4+
* Each student will learn on all 4 events in gymnastics
* Our fundamental program has 3 levels
* You must be invited to the level 3 group by a coach
* Gymnastics takes a lot of repetitions before mastering a skill and is a slow-paced sport that requires detail
* Our levels are designed to prepare your child for our competitive team if that is what you choose
* We strive for perfection over progression to ensure your child’s safety so they can have a successful future
Level 1 Fundamental Class is a 50-minute class
Girls ages 4 -12
We start building our gymnastics foundation by learning the basics
Cost: $65 plus sales tax every month
Level 2 Fundamental Class is a 60 minute class
Girls ages 6-12
Requirements: Cartwheel to feet, pullover on bars with very little help
We start mastering the basics while building the presentation for a team level class.
Cost: $65 plus sales tax every month
Level 3 Fundamental Class is a 60 minute class
Girls ages 6-12
This is by coaches invite only
Requirements: Pullover on bars independently, bridge kickover and good handstand to feet on floor
Level 3 really starts working towards our team entry level routines to prepare your child for a future on our competitive team
Cost: $80 plus sales tax every month
