PRE-TEAM FUNDAMENTAL GYMNASTICS
Level 1: Beginner Pre-Team Fundamental Class – 50 minutes – Ages 5-12
Our level 1 pre-team fundamental class is a 50-minute-long class for girls ages 5 -12 and is the first level in our pre-team fundamental level system. In this class we start building our strong gymnastics foundation by perfecting the basics, we strive for perfection over progression to ensure your child’s safety so they can have a successful future!

Level 2: Intermediate Pre-Team Fundamental Class – 65 minutes – Ages 5-12
INVITE ONLY
Our level 2 pre-team fundamental class is a 65 minute long class for girls ages 5-12 and the second level in our pre-team fundamental level system. This is by coaches invite only, in the level 2 class we will continue to progress in our gymnastics foundation while gaining strength and the correct gymnastics shapes for future skills. This class will help prepare your athlete for our entry level competitive gymnastics team.

Level 3: Advanced Pre-Team Fundamental Class – 80 minutes – Ages 5-12
INVITE ONLY
Our level 3 pre-team fundamental class is a 80 minute long class for girls ages 5-12 and the third and final level in our fundamental level system. This is by coaches invite only, in the level 3 class we will start combining our skills and seeing all of their hard work come together! This class will have your athlete ready for our competitive gymnastics team.
